2.        Resolution of the Council No. 16; 2026- A resolution authorizing the submission of a grant to DCED under the Main Street Matters Program to purchase and demolish 91 North Main Street.

3.        Resolution of the Council No. 17; 2026-A resolution authorizing the 2027 budget amounts Non-uniformed and Uniformed City employees.

4.        Resolution of the Council No. 18; 2026.  Cooperative Agreement between the City of Carbondale and Lackawanna County Landbank for the demolition of 195 and 195 ½ Dundaff Street.

5.        Resolution of the Council No. 19; 2026.  A resolution between the City of Carbondale and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation designating authorized signatory responsibility. 

6.        Resolution of the Council No. 20; 2026:  A resolution authorizing the submission of the Community Development Block Grant.

7.        Resolution of the Council No. 21; 2026: A resolution outlining the  Fair Housing Program for the City of Carbondale.  Specifically, addressing discrimination, education, publicity, projects, use of logos on material, and contact information relative to the program.
