We hosted a bridal shower at the Anthracite Center in May 2023. This venue is picturesque with the classic old bank vibes. The vault door was very pretty and provided a great opportunity for a backdrop for photos; it was very easy too add a flower garland. The open ceilings were very nice and the large windows on the side added great natural lighting. There was also up lighting on the walls to match the color scheme which added a nice touch. There was a lot of space to bring additional activities or set up more tables if needed; we created a fresh flower bar and had lots of space to set up. Tables were spaced well and guests didn't feel cramped at all. The food was amazing, especially the meatballs! There are two doors to enter the building, and a good amount of parking in the back. Ashley and the staff are very friendly and helpful throughout the planning process and day of the event. Very reasonable price for what you are getting. I would highly recommend the Anthracite Center!
